Getting Stronger Together! This is a gentle introduction to basic Pilates movement with plenty of breakdown. This class is the perfect way to deepen your mind body connection. It's the perfect way to begin your Pilates journey, or any fitness journey for that matter. Posture is key! Let us introduce you to your body!
Pilates Level 1
Continue toning, and working on your strength and coordination. We will also focus on releasing and loosen joints. Get your circulation flowing! This is a body positive, fun environment. Leave feeling less stressed!
Pilates And Stretch (Mixed Levels)
Stretching is another element that is key to a happy body! In this class there will be a heavier focus on maintaining our flexibility by leaving extra time to make sure we stretch out all those kinks. Your body should feel stronger and more relaxed.
