Sarah (she/her) is many things. A highly sensitive Aquarian, she is an intuitive, nurturing and deeply compassionate humanitarian. She wears many hats as a mother, sister, daughter, friend, dog mama, yogi, gardener, tarot reader, amateur mycologist and thanatologist.

Sarah has connected with her life's calling and is embracing her sensitive nature as a certified, dedicated, practitioner of the healing arts, including Reflexology, Indian Head Massage (Ayurveda), Reiki and Vibrational Sound Therapy.

A trauma informed bodyworker studying Death, Dying and Bereavement, Sarah hopes to provide a safe, alternative therapy to aid in grief processing and compassionate care to all, young and old, freshly born or dying.
