Full Body Interval Training
This class will focus on functional fitness, which is a style of training designed to help improve muscular strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance. In addition, this will be an effective workout if you’re also interested in toning and burning fat. Although workouts will vary, they will begin with a warm-up and then alternate between short bouts of intense exercise, strength movements, and periods of low-intensity recovery; all with the goal of improving heart health, endurance, and recovery. This class will help you improve upon and maximize your results, enhance cardiovascular conditioning, and challenge you in new and exciting ways. Sessions will finish with a cool-down and much-needed stretches. The bonus? This workout will continue to heighten your metabolism and calorie burn, even hours after you have finished!
